Do I need Wi-Fi or an internet connection to use Castflow?
No. Castflow operates independently of your local Wi-Fi network. The transmitter and receiver create their own direct, stable wireless connection between your device and the display. This means you can present confidently in hotels, client offices, or areas with poor internet reception without worrying about connectivity issues.
How do I know if my device is compatible?
Castflow works with devices that have a USB-C port that supports video output (also known as DP Alt Mode).
- Laptops: Most modern MacBooks (Pro/Air) and Windows laptops with USB-C video support.
- Smartphones/Tablets: Compatible with iPhone 15/16 series (USB-C models), newer iPads, and many Android devices (like Samsung Galaxy S series) that support desktop mode or video out.
- Note: Please check your device specifications to ensure its USB-C port supports video transmission.
Do I need to install any apps or drivers on my work laptop?
Not at all. Castflow is a true "Plug & Play" solution. Because it acts as a standard external display connection, you do not need to install software, download apps, or require administrative privileges to use it. Is there any delay?
